Brilliance joined the herd in the fall of 2017 as a never freshened 2 year old. After trying several hormones and protocols, she failed to conceive that breeding season. She was penned with Shadow-Hills King Arthor for the spring and summer of 2018, and surprised me with a single buckling in July! I didn't have time to train her to the milk stand that year, so she was allowed to dry up immediately after kidding.

She freshened again in May 2019 with a single DOA doe kid, and was clipped and photographed for the first time this year! While she still carries the excess fleshing from being dry for so much of her life, she is structurally sound and her young mammary is extremely well attached and very promising. I think another another freshening or two will help add some size and capacity to her udder, as well as continue to reduce the excess flesh and deepen her body. I look forward to seeing her in 2020.

Brilliance did not conceive for 2020 kids, so remained dry for the year.

Brill was bred to Shadow-Hills King Arthor for 2021 kids, and delivered a beautiful healthy little doe kid!
