Venture is by far my tallest buck, but he's very gentle to lead and handle. He shows plenty of strength, a very wide rump, excellent front end assembly, and a strong back. His daughters are all very consistent in general appearance, with good front ends, level toplines, wide rumps, and high escutcheons. I'm impressed with the udder on his first freshener daughter in my herd in 2018, as it is very high, with well placed teats that are easy to milk, and strong attachments both front and rear. She freshened with only a single small doe kid this year, so I'm excited to see how she looks with a second freshening.

Now in 2020, he has one 3rd freshening daughter and quite a handful of 1st and 2nd freshening daughters in the herd, along with some upcoming dry yearlings! The milking daughters are again very consistent in their strength of mammary attachments, high rear udders, and well extended foreudders, and they're all putting up with my inconsistent milking schedule this year very well.
